Ella Mitchell

Ella joined the team in July 2022. She is a vital asset to the team both at home and in her role as travelling groom to events with Harry. 

She is looking forward to competing her horse Connor in the 2024 season.

Lottie Murphy

Lottie has been part of the Harry Dzenis Eventing Team from the very beginning! It was 2004 when Lottie and Harry first met. Taking Harry’s old pony, Danny, on loan Lottie was trained by Harry’s mum, Sandra, and quickly ended up working weekends which turned into school holidays which eventually ended up with Lottie working full time at Bridgelands Farm and as Harry’s groom. When Lottie out grew Danny she moved onto her own horse, Rory. Lottie enjoyed 5 years of competing and hunting Rory and when she was ready to move up the level’s she took on Spider, who won a Gold medal with Harry at the Junior Europeans. Lottie and Spider competed up to BE Novice level. Lottie now works for Savills In Petworth but is a true asset to the yard, keeping the show running on the weekends!

Damian Hallam

Damian is a renowned dressage rider & trainer who has won over 15 National Championships & a silver medal for GB in the World YH Champs. Harry has trained with Damian since 2019.

Gill Watson

Gill Watson has trained Harry since 2004. When Gill first met Harry it was in her role as coach to the British Junior and Young rider teams . This was a role she held for over 30 years and won 96 medals. Harry and Gill have a brilliant relationship and Gill is a great set of eyes on the ground . She was a key person behind the success that Harry had with Xam, it was her calm demeanour that was so crucial in the intense atmosphere’s of Badminton and Burghley.

Jenny Hadland

Jenny has known Harry for over 20 years so knows a lot of embarrassing stories regarding Harry as a child! She has also been treating his horses for that long too. She is a highly regarded physiotherapist and has a great relationship with Liphook Equine Hospital so they can work together as a team. She is instrumental in keeping the horses in top shape throughout the season.

Mark Rees

Mark is Harry's farrier and has been shoeing his string of horses since 2014

Claire Pickering

Claire joined the team in January 2023. She is very experienced having worked in a number of different yards over the years. Claire is brilliant at keeping the show on the road at home.

When not at the yard Claire will be out exploring the Surrey Hills with her two beloved dogs Bella and Ziggy.

Elliot Griffiths

Elliot brings a wealth of experience having groomed at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro for team Japan as well as WEG in Tryon 2018 and two European  Championships for Team Finland. Although Elliot doesn't work with horses anymore, he is a regular at horse trials to help Harry most weekends !

Issy Hollidge 

Issy joined the team in August 2023 whilst on her gap year. 

Issy is looking to step up to 2*/ Intermediate this year with her horse Timmy.

Ros Morgan

Harry started training with Ros Morgan for show jumping in 2019. Ros  is a leading showjumping trainer and a UKCC coach. She trains some of the best event riders in the world including Kitty King, Sam Griffiths and Mary King to name a few and is very passionate about her role.

Sara Vaux BVetMed (Hons) CerTAVP (ELTD) MRCVS (Liphook Equine Hospital)

Sara graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2013. Following an internship in the Equine Hospital at The Royal Veterinary College, Sara worked at a solely equine ambulatory practice in Hampshire for 7 and a half years before joining the LEH in January 2022. Sara enjoys all aspects of equine veterinary work, with a particular interest in orthopaedics and sports horse medicine. She completed her RCVS certificate in Equine Lameness Diagnosis and Therapeutics in September 2022 and has undergone additional training to perform acupuncture as an adjunctive treatment for cases on the road. Sara is also an Official Veterinarian for exports, and is working towards becoming a Racecourse Veterinary Surgeon.

Sandra & Mike Dzenis

Harry's parents have been supportive of Harry's eventing career from the start. Harry's mum Sandra is a very capable dressage rider having ridden up to Prix St Georges and now runs a busy livery yard in Surrey. Mike, Harry's Dad, is very helpful with the day to day running of the business and is always on the end of the phone to offer advice. Despite their busy lives they are attend events when possible. Harry wouldn't be where he is without them!
